In February 2017 after 4 years of illness I was diagnoses with a Pineal Cyst. After much research I found only snippets of information and struggled to find answers to my questions. I wanted to find out information that had solid scientific merit. During my searches I came across several support groups on social media. These groups were a great place to ask questions but I found it hard to go back and find the information at a later date, so I decided I would create what I had been looking for and so the website was born!
In the last year I've seen a real shift in momentum and focus to raise awareness, with many patients coming together to talk about their experiences. Since my diagnoses I've had the pleasure of meeting some truly amazing people!

Sarah Holden | Fundraising GuruI became involved with the website after meeting Jo in early May 2018. We clicked straight away. After being diagnosed I began to raise awareness through media outlets and started fundraising for my surgery. It's exhausting work but I was determined to raise the funds. I reached my goal just three month after I started. I learned a lot from the process and I'm now on a mission to help other suffers.
